Great List but You have Forgotten World’s Largest – http://freephotoshop.org/patterns/
My site http://www.symmetricalbackgrounds.com/ offers free symmetrical tiling images. It is set up with galleries. If you click on a thumbnail a page with the image and its use as a background displays.
