Taking photos are no longer difficult, thanks to the awesome technology, you can now use your phone’s camera to catch the memorable moments. It’s so easy too that a two-year-old can take beautiful photos without knowing a single thing about photography.
Just like me, if you are also curious to know what it would be like to see the things from above, like a bird’s eye, you can always get a window seat in an airplane or hop in a helicopter. However, it’s clearly difficult to view the city’s true beauty with all the expensive options and all the pollution and clouds up in the air.
For those who don’t know what is “Aerial view Photography” or “Bird’s-eye view Photography“, then aerial view defined as a view of an object from above, as though the observer were a bird, often used in the making of blueprints, floor plans and maps. The term can also be used to describe oblique views, drawn from an imagined perspective.
To make things easy, some of the creative minds invented drones. Taking photos using drones are not that common, but it’s still exciting. For this purpose, there is an online community named Dronestagram had an awesome platform where their users can upload and share photographs and videos captured by drone from around the world. In 2014, for the first time, they’ve held a drone photo contest and announced their top five winners which are listed below along with some of other best drone shots.
