We use mviSPY for ourselves and recommend it to our clients. It provides a deeper level of detail than we got with tools such as Google Analytics. What we want to know is the effectiveness of the changes we make to our website and if the dollars we are spending are bearing any fruit. mviSPY fits our needs well and I highly recommend it.
mviSPY is planning on a release of our new developer API during July 09. The API will allow developers to integrate the data that spy collects directly into their sites. If you are interested, please go to the site and fill out the contact form. You will receive a draft of the API specification.
