  1. Umm, I thought Yoast’s SEO Plugin would be among top 3. Amazed to see that. Well, its useful infographic, going to share it.

  2. Great list and I use several of those plug-ins myself. HOWEVER, there are a couple of errors in the list where the same plug-in (the title at least) appears more than once on and not in the right context (when comparing titles and descriptions). See items 25 and 27.

  3. So, 22 and 25… same name, but different?

  4. Nice data to see! (that people’s priorities are wacked.. SEO sure but at the top?) Not the best use of the infographic medium though :p It’s a nice but unnecessarily decorated list that is now inaccessible and has no hyperlinks

  5. Nice Collection…..

  6. And plugin for live chat messenger in addition http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/p3chat/

  7. Still yet I have never got a chance to use BuddyPress, but this time I am considering this platform for one of my website. Main reason to use BuddyPress is forums they provide and even it is more secure if we compare it to other platforms.

  8. Helpful list.

  9. Hi there! a small issue.
THe point 27 the title should be WP-DB-Backup instead of BuddyPress again ;)

    Great infographic!

  10. Like the list but really can’t stand when people don’t bother to proofread info graphics. Couple of these are unusable since you didn’t update to the correct title when you cut and paste.

  11. Thank you iShift Team for that cool list! Are you planning to publish an update of this list soon?

We recently released a FREE plugin which allows to add social icons to a website: https://wordpress.org/plugins/ultimate-social-media-icons/

We think it’s the best one on the market :) and user feedback seems to confirm that: in less than 4 months we got over 60k downloads, >280 5-star-reviews and an overall rating of 4.9/5.0.

If you also like us – why not include us in your (future) list as well? :)

    Thank you!!

    John
