What a great and close friend of mine but heard nasty rumors against him, well known to me that he is misunderstood. If you also try to have close proximity with him, the same idea also perpetuates in you that he is misunderstood. Inspite of many foes of him he is still helping to everyone.

Who is this friend of mine and who treats also you as his friend I call him by name as Online marketing. Whatever you may think of internet as friend or foe there are certain myths which has to be busted before bringing it to right track.

1. Misconception

There is one myth that it can be easily done part time without any effort. But not. Every work to make successful requires a lot of efforts so it is true in this case also. To make online business successful it requires efforts and require full time devotion in order to be successful and to make profits from our efforts.

2. Social Media

Another myth associated is that social media is not appropriate. This myth is perpetuated by the people who tried to make money online but not succeeded. Although media helps a lot to increase the business if its uses are in right terms and context.

  • It always keep the brand the product fresh in the mind of the people and make them purchaser.
  • If the product gives the best results it will increase the purchasers.
  • As a result business will grow.

This I have heard from many people that this marketing does not work. There is no doubt that substantial option in a mailing list is a valuable marketing asset. Quality not Quantity that matters. Trading list by joint ventures partners or purchasing them from vendors hardly provides any qualified buyers interested in your services. Always ask your site visitor to join your mailing list and provide them something in return. Helpful report or knowledgeable audio is premium of this. Your premium should be directly related to the services you provide and also serve to increase your professional credibility.

  2. Great stuff! It’s funny how true most of these are. Although, I do agree with #2 in some cases – that is, I think sometimes social media really just isn’t appropriate for your website, business, or whatever. I mean, give it a shot if you want to, but don’t expect anything great out of it.

    I mean, when was the last time you chose your dentist because of a funny picture they posted on Facebook? Let’s be real here…
