Step 01: Create the Body of the Boot

1. Pick the Pen tool (P). Use this tool to create an object as shown in the image.

2. Pick the Add Anchor Point tool (+). Use this tool to add three anchor points highlighted with red and then move them as shown below.

3. Now use the Convert Anchor Point tool (Shift +C) to adjust anchor points as shown below.

4. Fill the result with R=35, G=31, B=32.

5. Create two curves and then set the data as shown below.

6. Reselect two newly created curves and go to the Object/ Blend/ Blend Options. Enter the data as shown below and then click OK. Next go to the Object/ Blend/ Make (Ctrl +Alt +B). Next open the Transparency palette (Window/ Transparency), select the Overlay in the Blending Mode and lowered the Opacity to 50%.

8. Reselect two newly created curves and go to the Object/ Blend/ Blend Options. Enter the data as shown below and then click OK. Next go to the Object/ Blend/ Make (Ctrl +Alt +B). Next open the Transparency palette (Window/ Transparency), select the Overlay in the Blending Mode and lowered the Opacity to 20%.

9. Now we’ll hide two unwanted parts highlighted with arrows.

10. Select the object created in the step 4 and then duplicate (Ctrl +C, Ctrl +F) it once time. Next bring the copy to front (Ctrl +Shift +Right Square Bracket).

11. While the result selected, hold down the Shift and select two newly created blended objects and then go to the Object/ Clipping Mask/ Make (Ctrl +7).

12. Reselect the object created in the step 4 and then go to the Object/ Path/ Offset Path…Enter a 3px Offset and then click OK. Next fill the result with none and then add a 1px Stroke (Blue color).

13. Adjust the newly created object to get the result as shown below.

14. Pick the Pen tool (P) and then use it to create two objects as shown below. Next reselect and duplicate (Ctrl +C, Ctrl +F) the smaller blue object once time and then hide the copy (Ctrl +3).

15. Now select two blue objects, open the Pathfinder palette (Window/ Pathfinder) and then click on the Minus Front button. Next fill the result with the radial gradient.

16. Press (Ctrl +Alt +3) to show the object hidden in the previous step. Next select the yellow object and duplicate (Ctrl +C, Ctrl +F) it once time and then hide the copy (Ctrl +3). Reselect the blue object and the yellow object and then click on the Minus Back button from the Pathfinder palette.

17. Show the object hidden in the previous step and then set the data as shown below.

23. Reselect the newly created object and then duplicate it once time. Next fill the copy with R=35, G=31, B=32.

24, Reselect the newly created object and then go to the Effect/ Stylize/ Drop Shadow. Enter the data as shown in the below and then click OK. Finally send the result backward (press Ctrl +Left Square Bracket).

27. Reselect the newly created object and go to the Object/ Path/ Offset Path…Enter a 2px Offset and then click OK. Next change the existing color of the result with the new linear gradient.

Step 03: Create the Cuff Screw

33. Pick the Ellipse tool (L) and create a 38px by 48px object. Next rotate this object an angle of about 20 degrees. Place the result to the correct position as shown in the first image and then fill it with R=0, G=0, B=0.

34. Reselect the ellipse object and go to the Object/ Path/ Offset Path…Enter a -2px Offset and then click OK. Replace the existing color with the linear gradient.

54. Fill the smaller object with R=65, G=64, B=66 and then fill the remaining object with R=35, G=31, B=32.

55. Reselect two newly created objects and go to the Object/ Blend/ Blend Options. Enter the data as shown below and then click OK. Next go to the Object/ Blend/ Make (Ctrl +Alt +B).

56. While the result selected, go to the Effect/ Stylize/ Drop Shadow. Enter the data as shown below and then click OK.

57. Use the Pen tool (P) to create a curve as shown in the first image. Next reselect the curve, duplicate (Ctrl +C, Ctrl +F) it once time and then hide the copy (Ctrl +3). Reselect the remaining curve and go to the Object/ Transform/ Move. Enter a -24px in the Horizontal box and a 4px in the Vertical box and then click Copy.

58. Select two anchor points highlighted with green and then click on the “Cut path at selected anchor points” button from the Properties bar.

59. Now we have four curves. Select two start anchor points of two longer curves and then click on the “Connect selected end points” button from the Properties bar. Next select two end anchor points and then click on the “Connect selected end points” button.

61. Press (Ctrl +Alt +3) to show the curve hidden in the previous step. Next add a 2px Stroke (R=51, G=165, B=177) for the curve.

62. Now select the bigger object and the curve and then press (Ctrl +Left Square Bracket) many times to get the result as shown in the first image. Next select the small object and then fill it with R=4, G=46, B=53.  Finally send this object to back (Ctrl +Shift +Left Square Bracket).

63. Reselect the bigger object and add the Drop Shadow effect (Effect/ Stylize/ Drop Shadow) for it.

Step 04: Create the Buckle

64. Use the Ellipse tool (L) to create a 126px by 56px object and then use the Rectangle tool (M) to create a 28px by 56px object. Next place two objects as shown in the first image. Switch to the Ellipse tool (L), use it to create a 90px by 40px object. Next place the newly created object to the correct position as shown in the second image.

65. Pick the Rounded Rectangle tool and then click on the anywhere at the document. Enter a 80px in the Width box, a 18px in the Height box and a 12px in the Corner Radius box and then click OK. Next place the result to the correct position as shown below.

66. Now select two ellipses, open the Pathfinder palette (Window/ Pathfinder) and then click on the Unite button.

67. Reselect the newly created object and then duplicate (Ctrl +C, Ctrl +F) it once time. While the copy selected, hold down the Shift, click on the rectangle object and then click on the Intersect button from the Pathfinder palette.
